How to get tinyMCE to show up in an Xhtml field?

Hi,

I am creating a page property that has Xhtml type. Yet when it renders  TinyMCE doesn't appear.  It was showing before when there was only one Xhtml field in that tab.

What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this?
