EPiServer/cms/Stores/notification/ 400 error

I am getting following errors in CMS area when trying to click on "Reports" tab and Bell icon.

Commerce Version: 14.15.1

1. EPiServer.Cms.Shell.UI.Reports.Internal.ReportsViewModel;
2. 400 error for EPiServer/cms/Stores/notification url
